We took advantage of a pre-season sale on new air conditioning equipment. When we accepted the TDH proposal we requested 2-days notice for installation. A week later we again requested an installation date. Eight days later the installation crew showed up at 0730 without notice. Since TDH had arranged for the Carrier distributor equipment delivery we accepted the unscheduled installation. Since we had scheduled our spring cleanup by our landscape service for that same day the landscaper was not able to fully service our yard because we had old and new AC equipment, tools and other parts in our yard.

Kris did a great job diagnosing the issue with my furnace. He was very knowledgeable, polite and calm in demeanor. He listened to my description of what was going on and worked methodically to figure out the issue and fix it. Alfredo and team were excellent. Very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and to make sure everything was correct. They did a great job keeping the house clean. The Carrier Infinity furnace/heat pump system looks great and they completed the install in 1 day.
